What to pack....

Before trips people often ask us what they should bring on a trip to the river, so we’ve written a list to help you out.. You actually don’t need to bring that much stuff, in fact the less you bring the better! All you need is…

Yourself and a big smile!
Shorts
T-shirt
Swimwear
Towel
Torch- for finding your way to the toilet in the evening!
Teeva style sandals to wear in the raft-make sure that they will stay on your feet and won’t come off if you happen to fall out the raft!
A warm change of clothes for the evening, (a woolly hat for the colder months is a good idea)
Personal toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, contact lens stuff etc)
Cap
Sunscreen
Personal medications (inhalers etc)
A little bit of spending money (to buy snacks and alcohol in the village if you want anything)
Camera

And that’s it. Every thing else we will provide for you; drinking water, sleeping bags, tents, food, safety equipment and not forgetting the rafts and kayaks! We have medical kits with us at all times and we also have a padded waterproof box for you valuables and cameras so that you can capture those river moments on the go.
So now that you’re prepared get yourself down to the river pronto!

Have a look at our website if you want any more information on what to expect when rafting or kayaking in Nepal.
Looking forward to seeing you on the river!
